At MidnightShades™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your blackout shades aren’t exactly what you expected, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be in their original packaging and undamaged.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
